Global Warming Scam - the summary
CF has been wondering about producing a summary of the events and information around the recent uncovering of the global warming scam we all suspected was going on.
However, he was saved the bother when his presumably long-lost American cousin, 'Bob', produced this enlightening summary:

At last the right emotion - anger at the way we are being suckered by Big Science and Big Energy and Tax Collectors. I do like it.
It's hard to believe that climate change doesn't exist. Are we actually suggesting that climate change was a creation of the government?
This seems somewhat reminiscent of the 'Big Lie', a propaganda technique coined by Hitler and perfected by the Nazi Minister of Propaganda: a technique based on the principle that a lie, if audacious enough and repeated enough times, will be believed by the masses.

You should also be able to find a torrent if you google FOI2009.zip which comprises much evidence in the form of numbers and stuff.
I look forward to further developments and media attention.
But what does it prove? I would love global warming to be a myth. I presume most people would - even the evil conspiratorists - in fact especially them. I have seen all this leaked email stuff. I just don't see how it proves anything. Please could someone explain in layman's terms?
