Six months. The half year. And CF can't leave the stats alone.

As he always points out, CF doesn't really know how to interpret these figures, or which are the most important, but it was the best month so far and boastfulness is a hard vice to supress, so here we are:

26,181 Page Loads
21,273 Unique Visitors
11,986 First Time Visitors
9,287 Returning Visitors

Quite pleasing, even though Guido Fawkes did, literally, nearly 100 times better.

Most viewed post of the month - by a long, long way - was the spoof Nick Griffin Question Time transcript. This seemed to tickle a few funny bones, and was linked to by several of the 'big playas', as well as being mentioned - somewhat worryingly - on several pro-BNP websites and forums.

That post was also the one that pushed the CF blog over the first major milestone in its short life: 100,000 views since it began. CF would have baked a cake, but frankly didn't actually notice the momentous event until a while later. Ah, well. A cake at 250, perhaps?

CF is extremely grateful to everyone who comes along: many thanks to all who linked, hat-tipped,  and quoted CF's eclectic ravings, and thanks to all who visited.

If work allows, CF may well be turning up for OH's November 5th stroll, and would be glad to buy each and every one of you a beer.

5 months now for the Constantly Furious blog, and things are lookin' up, baby. After that quiet period in July, the numbers have picked up gratifyingly. Good job CF is a fighter not a quitter, eh?

Most viewed post of the month - by a long way - was the PC World rant, mostly thanks to l-l-linkage love from the angry baby and the angry man in a mask: mighty premier league bloggers: thanks for the eyeballs, guys.

Most referrals, as ever, came from the lovely JuliaM, who is - as well as an Ambush Predator, whatever that is - also among the top commenters. LFAT was also kind enough to 'First Class' several posts, as he often does.

4 months in for the Constantly Furious blog, and the downward trend in visits has been reversed. Yes, there's definite improvement on the slightly shabby figures for July.

The rollercoaster of emotion that is the Constantly Furious blog has just ended its second full month. And, as with comedians and rock bands, second time is never quite as good. The glories of month 1 are not to be repeated.

The numbers are all down (or as Gordon Brown would describe them,"up") compared to last month.

This was probably partly through the slightly less frenetic amount of blog posting (only half of the previous month's), and - to be honest - partly down to a dramatic reduction in link-whoring at other mainstream blogs. This blog stands on its own two feet, baby.

So, lets get the mandatory disclaimer, copyright all other bloggers, out of the way

.... written purely for my own entertainment ... don't care who reads it ....wouldn't normally publish these figures ... not as big as Guido Fawkes ...stats are meaningless ... its all just willy waving ... no statporn on this site ... just this once ... etc. etc..

Most popular post for July was Gordon is a moron, with the video of our beloved leader referring to the holiday destination of his private dreams "Obama Beach", managing to offend hundreds and amuse thousands with his usual ineptitude.

In spite of this - ahem - 'downturn', CF is still reasonably chuffed about these figures, particularly given the fact that summer is raging away just outside the window, and there are much better things to do than read CF's tendentious drivel.
